Mirela is a senior Revenue Management executive with over two decades of experience leading Lifestyle, Full Service, and Select Service brands, including Hilton, Marriott, Hyatt, IHG, and independent hotels. Highly active in the industry, she has served as the Managing Director of the HSMAI Chicago Chapter since 2020, graduated from AHLA’s Castell Leadership ELEVATE program (2023), and was a nominee for Crain’s Chicago 40 under 40 (2023).

Beno built a strong industry foundation early on by balancing his hospitality studies with real-world experience in Chicago. He then spent seven years honing his expertise in hotel operations with industry leaders Hilton and Starwood. Expanding his scope into the broader hospitality tech and corporate travel ecosystem, Beno has since driven results for prominent organizations including Expedia, Travelclick, Amadeus, AMEX GBT, and Sojern.
